RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUND POLICY 
Orera Technology reserves the right to refuse or delay returns, exchange, and refunds, especially if they do not meet policy standards and if fraud or abuse is suspected.


Our returns, exchanges and refunds policy does not cover products that are faulty due to mistreatment, poor maintenance, tampering or improper use and if the goods were damaged during transit.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


Customized and customizable items are non-returnable.


If you are charged more than the posted or advertised price, we will refund you the difference. Just provide us the invoice number and proof of deposit or money transfer.

DISCLAIMER - Abaca Face Masks are Non-Returnable or Exchangeable for reasons of health and safety. 


Orera Technology warrants only that the products are complete and free from manufacturing defects at the time of their delivery. Where the client determines that such products are incomplete and are defective under this warranty, it shall report the defect or the shortage to Orera Technology within forty-eight (48) hours from receipt of Products, specifying the nature of the defect, shortage quantity, the name of the purchaser and locations of the claim. If the Product is found to be incorrect, defective, or damaged, we will either at your request (i) send you the same Product if still available, or (ii) if not available, and if you indicate that you want a refund, refund the price of the Product, the shipping charges you have paid to receive such Faulty Product(s), and shipping charges you have paid to return such Faulty Product(s). Any claim of the client against SGEI shall be barred unless timely and immediate notice is given as required by this paragraph. Please note, if a Faulty Product was sent to you with other Product(s) that you are not returning, we will only refund your initial shipping costs pro-rata.


The client shall be responsible for checking the items once they receive it. Any claim of the client against SGEI shall be barred unless timely and immediate notice is given as required by 5.f.


SHIPPING POLICY 

 All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES

We offer 70 PHP flat rate shipping within the Philippines. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping for a flat rate of 30 USD. 

 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Orera Technology is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

HOW DO I CHECK MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@oreratech.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


For Metro Manila: allow us 3 - 5 business days to process and ship your order once payment is confirmed
For Provincial areas: allow us 7 - 10 business days to process and ship your order once payment is confirmed
Please note that there will be no deliveries during holidays and weekends.
